As a Clinical Social Worker, my practice is grounded in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. I believe that healing occurs within safe, supportive relationships that honor the whole person and embrace harm reduction principles. My goal is to create a space where individuals feel seen, accepted, and empowered to explore their diverse experiences and pursue meaningful change that aligns with their unique values and goals.

As a Chicana and White provider, my cultural identity deeply informs how I build connections and hold space for complexity in others. I bring a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach to my work, grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to mutual growth as the foundation of the therapeutic relationship.

I have clinical experience working with both youth and adults, particularly those involved in recovery, foster care, and justice systems. I’ve also supported neurodivergent individuals and those who are living with developmental disabilities, including through behavioral approaches such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In every setting, my approach centers on meeting people where they are and helping them build on their existing strengths.
