Dani Blanche, LSWAIC
Associate Clinician
Iām Dani Blanche, a Clinical Social Worker dedicated to trauma-informed care for youth and families. I utilize various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients overcome challenges in a safe and confidential environment. My experience during the pandemic highlighted the need for compassionate support, and I aim to foster trust and openness in my practice. I believe in meeting clients where they are, providing emotional support, and connecting them to the resources they need to move forward with confidence and hope.
Incorporating my certifications as a yoga teacher and holistic doula, I offer tools for stress management and emotional resilience, emphasizing trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness. Additionally, I mentor local youth, promoting community support and empowerment. My client-centered approach focuses on individual needs and strengths, facilitating growth and healing.
